Quick Tip – How do I season my wok?

In this clip Pauline takes you through the simple steps of seasoning your new wok and preparing it for use in the kitchen. If done correctly a properly seasoned wok can last you many years but remember, as Pauline often says, wok’s aren’t meant to last, they’re meant to be used! Use them often, replace them whenever needed – don’t spend too much on your wok then you be afraid to throw it away – get a new one, season it well and crack on!
